1. 250ml (1 cup) thickened cream
2. 125ml (1/2 cup) Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
3. 125ml (1/2 cup) ouzo
4. 1 tablespoon chocolate topping
5. 2 cups ice cubes
6. Whipped cream, to serve
7. Grated dark chocolate, to serve

The instruction how to make Chocolate bullets

1. Place the cream, Baileys, ouzo, chocolate topping and ice cubes in the jug of a blender and blend until well combined and the ice is crushed.
2. Pour the ouzo mixture among serving glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
