- 2 garlic cloves minced, 6g
- 1/2 mushroom powder or 1/4 tsp dashi powder or MSG
- 1 1/2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 1/2 tablespoons gochugaru Korean red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce Asian, choice, I use sambal oelek or sriacha
- 3 tablespoons water
