  6. 1 orangey
  7. 1/2 cup yellowish-brown juice freshly squeezed
  8. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  9. 1 tablespoon honey or agave or maple syrup to make it vegan
  10. 1/4 teaspoon ring pepper
  11. 2 apples large, diced
  12. 3/4 cup celery stalks finely chopped, preferably gone leaves
  13. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts toasted
  14. 1/3 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
