- 300g dark cooking chocolate
- 200ml sweetened condensed milk
- 6 drops vanilla essence
The instruction how to make Chocolate fudge
- Pour condensed milk into a saucepan and add chocolate and vanilla essence. Melt over a moderate heat and stir until chocolate has completely melted.
- Line a tin with greaseproof paper and then pour in the mixture.
- Place in the fridge for four hours and then cut into squares.
- Store in fridge in greaseproof paper, after two days fudge will be nice and firm.
