3. 90ml Frangelico liqueur
4. Whipped cream, to serve
5. Shaved chocolate, to serve

1. Combine the milk and Nutella in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking, for 3 minutes or until the milk is warm and mixture is smooth.
