  1. 8 x 1cm thick slices of brioche loaf
  2. Soft butter or margarine, to spread
  3. 100g Lindt Excellence extra creamy milk chocolate, broken into squares
  4. Icing sugar, to dust

The instruction how to make Toasted chocolate brioche

  1. Spread one side of each slice of brioche with butter. Place 2 1/2 squares of the chocolate across the middle of a slice of brioche, buttered side down. Top with a slice of brioche, buttered side facing up. Repeat with the remaining brioche and chocolate.
  2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook two of the sandwiches for 1 minute each side or until golden. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.
  3. Use a serrated knife to cut in half and serve immediately, dusted with icing sugar.
