- 250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 225g Cadbury Melts Real Dark Chocolate
- Chopped walnuts, to decorate
- Cadbury Bournville Cocoa, to decorate
- Shredded coconut, to decorate
The instruction how to make Easy chocolate truffles
- Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate melts in the microwave following packet directions. Add to the cream cheese and stir until well combined. Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or until firm.
- Spread walnuts, cocoa powder and coconut over separate plates. Roll 2 teaspoons portions of the chocolate mixture into balls, then roll in nuts, cocoa powder or coconut to coat. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
